Taylor Morrison Will Be ‘Presenting Sponsor’ of 8th Annual Sarasota SPRINGFEST

(SARASOTA, FL) – Taylor Morrison West Florida will be the ‘Presenting Sponsor’ for the 8th Annual SPRINGFEST, to be held Saturday, March 1st, 2014.

“We are happy to have Taylor Morrison as the Presenting Sponsor for this popular festival,” said Eliza Culverhouse, executive director of SPRINGFEST. “Our partnership with Taylor Morrison reflects everyone’s dedication to the Palmer Ranch community.”

“Taylor Morrison has been a SPRINGFEST supporter for many years, and we are pleased and proud to continue that tradition in 2014,” said Cammie Longenécker, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison West Florida.  “Our philosophy has always been to build neighborhoods, not just beautiful homes. We put that mindset into action by enthusiastically supporting the communities we build in.” Taylor Morrison is currently developing a new community, known as Arbor Lakes on Palmer Ranch, located at the east end of Palmer Ranch Parkway.

SPRINGFEST festivities will begin at 7:30 a.m. with two “signature” charity road events – a 5K Family Fun Walk-Run and a 12K Road Race. These sanctioned events wind through the beautiful neighborhoods of Palmer Ranch and the Legacy Trail, finishing at the festival’s site on Sawyer Loop. The fun will continue from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. with great food, a farmers’ market, business expo, egg hunts and children’s activities, and live music provided by the Venturas. Proceeds from SPRINGFEST will benefit the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Activities League. Admission and parking is free.
