Taylor Morrison has teamed up with several of their local partners and challenged them to decorate one of the six model homes, as well as the community’s tot lot, in a unique holiday theme. Visitors to the community will have the opportunity to tour and vote for their favorite theme and charity. The design that receives the most votes through December 31 will receive a $1,000 cash donation to the winning team’s selected charity of choice.
