NAPLES, FL., July 1 – Fiddler’s Creek today announced that it has entered into a joint venture with national homebuilder Taylor Morrison Home Corporation for the development of a new residential community, Oyster Harbor, featuring approximately 1,000 single-family homes within the luxury, master-planned community.  The estimated build-out of the Oyster Harbor development will be in excess of $650 million.

Taylor Morrison is an existing homebuilder within Fiddler’s Creek. Earlier this year, the builder acquired 16 remaining single-family home sites in the village of Amador and 54 single-family home sites in the village of Mussorie. The first two model homes recently opened in Amador and feature tile roofs, ornamental detailing and lush landscaping.  Taylor Morrison will be the exclusive builder within the Oyster Harbor community at Fiddler’s Creek.
