Goodyear, Ariz. - Taylor Morrison’s latest newest home collections in Phoenix have opened at its Goodyear community, Las Brisas.

The Discovery II and Encore II collections debuted this week, offering nine floor plans that range from approximately 1,637 to 3,543 square feet of living space. The new homes include up to five bedrooms and 3.5 baths in homes that offer single and two-story options. Prices start in the mid $100,000s.

Las Brisas is the newest southwest Valley community to debut from Taylor Morrison, which was voted as the No. 1 Top Production Homebuilder 2014 by Ranking Arizona, the largest business opinion poll in Arizona.

Currently, Taylor Morrison builds three collections of homes at Las Brisas, ranging from approximately 1,600 to more than 3,900 square feet of living space in homes that offer up to five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and more.
