ORLANDO, Fla. – Homebuilder Taylor Morrison recently began selling single-family home sites in Woodland Park, a new community in South Orlando.
Located in the Hunter’s Creek area, Woodland Park will feature 645 single-family lots, in floor plans ranging from 1,600 to 4,100 square feet, with prices starting from the $200s. Homes will feature energy-efficient building materials and appliances. Amenities planned for the neighborhood include a community pool, cabana with open air pavilion, multipurpose field, and playground.
“Over the last several years, South Orlando has seen a tremendous amount of growth – especially with the opening of Lake Nona Medical City,” said Theresa Tilton, vice president of sales and marketing for the North Florida Division of Taylor Morrison. “We’re excited to be part of the wonderful expansion in this area.”
