PHOENIX - Taylor Morrison is kicking off the fall season with a grand opening event featuring, fun and a chance to win tickets to the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas featuring Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Lorde and more.

The Phoenix homebuilder’s “I Heart the North Valley” event, taking place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 6 at Sonoran Commons and Norterra in north Phoenix, will also give attendees the chance to win an iPod Touch and one of two iPod Shuffles.

To win tickets to the iHeartRadio Music Festival, guests will play the radio station’s MatchGame for a chance to attend the music festival, scheduled for Sept. 19 and 20 in Las Vegas.

“It’s a chance for music fans to win tickets to the hottest concert of the year and also get a first look at our newest Phoenix communities,” said Bob Thompson, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Phoenix division.

The second collection at Norterra is Taylor Morrison’s Discovery series, which features homes priced from the $200,000s and ranging from approximately 1,574 square feet to 2,936 square feet. Up to four bedrooms, 2,5 baths and three car garages are available in the single and two-story floor plans. Homebuyers can tour the Lily and Jasmine models.

Norterra residents enjoy access to the Fireside at Norterra community center, which offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobic facility, rock climbing wall, resort-style play pool and heated lap pool. In addition, Norterra offers two tennis courts, a basketball court as well as hiking and biking trails throughout the community.
