Taylor Morrison Reports Year-over-Year Order Growth of 30% for July and August 2019

Taylor Morrison (PRNewsFoto/Taylor Morrison) (PRNewsfoto/Taylor Morrison)

For the first two months of the third quarter 2019, orders totaled 1,684 representing a 30 percent increase year-over-year for the same two-month time period.  This was driven by year-over-year increases in sales in each of the three regional reporting segments, leading to a year-over-year increase in absorptions for the company.

"We've continued the momentum experienced in the front half of the year and are encouraged by where this positions us for year-end," said Sheryl Palmer, Chairman and CEO of Taylor Morrison.

The Company will report its full third quarter 2019 results in late October.
