DALLAS, March 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Morrison, a leading national builder and developer, is bringing its trusted home plans to the Dallas market with the recent purchase of two land parcels in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

The builder, which recently ranked highest in trust in the Lifestory Research America's Most Trusted™ 2016 Home Builder Study, closed on 549 lots in The Tribute Lakeside Golf and Resort in The Colony and another 300 lots in Auburn Hills, located in McKinney.

Taylor Morrison plans to begin development in the second quarter of 2016, with both communities opening in early 2017. The Tribute parcel will offer an active lifestyle community with single-level patio homes, lakefront views and a proposed lakefront amenity center. Auburn Hills will consist of single and two-story homes within a gated community.
