Homebuyers and pets alike will find that Taylor Morrison's pet-friendly amenities make life easier for not only the smallest of residents, but for their owners too.

Additionally, within the Esplanade communities, pets will be able to treat themselves to a custom fresh watering hole to quench their thirst after a brisk walk or game of catch. And, pet health and wellness seminars will be held onsite to ensure residents stay updated on the best pet care practices for their pooches.

The builder's newest community in Chicago, Tallgrass, includes a doggie shower for easy at-home pet pampering in its Kingston model. A similar pet-washing station is available at Heritage at Vizcaya in Austin, where 55-plus homebuyers can keep their pets looking their best after a stroll on the community's hike and bike trails.

In Houston, Taylor Morrison's Bevington model at Meridiana features an optional built-in pet washing station and a miniature dog house that mimics the model home. At Fulshear, Texas' Cross Creek Ranch, where both Taylor Morrison and Darling Homes build, a nearly one-acre dog park called Canine Commons offers separate dog runs for large and small breeds.
